SMS Program & Mobile Communications

Program description. WellWithAll operates an SMS communications program that includes both transactional messages and marketing messages:

• Transactional messages are sent as necessary to fulfill your purchase or service your account. These include order confirmations, shipping updates, refill reminders, and subscription management notifications. Transactional messages may be sent to customers who provide a mobile number at checkout, as they are required to deliver your order.

• Marketing messages include promotional offers, wellness tips, product education, and brand communications. Marketing messages are sent only to subscribers who have explicitly opted in via one of our three entry points: our website sign-up form, Shopify checkout opt-in, or by texting our SMS keyword to our shortcode.

Consent and opt-in. Transactional messages may be sent as part of fulfilling your order and do not require separate marketing consent. Marketing messages require explicit opt-in. All marketing opt-ins use a double confirmation process — you will receive a confirmation text and must reply YES before any marketing messages are sent. Subscribers who do not reply YES within 24 hours will not receive marketing messages. Consent to receive marketing messages is never assumed.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

You may opt out of marketing messages at any time by replying STOP. For help, reply HELP or contact us at hello@wellwithall.com.

We collect your mobile phone number solely to deliver SMS communications you have consented to or that are necessary to fulfill your order. Your mobile number is shared only with our authorized SMS service providers as strictly necessary to operate the program, and only under binding agreements that ensure confidentiality.

• Targeted Advertising. If you do not want Us to use information that We collect to deliver advertisements according to Our advertisers' target-audience preferences, you can opt-out by contacting Us via email at support@wellwithall.com.

Accessing and Correcting Your Information

You can review and change your personal information by logging into the Website and visiting your account profile page. You may also send Us an email at support@wellwithall.com to request access to, correct, or delete any Personal Information that you have provided to Us.

Your State Privacy Rights

We have implemented measures designed to secure your Personal Information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure. All information you provide to Us is stored on Our secure servers behind firewalls. Any payment transactions will be encrypted using SSL technology.

Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although We do Our best to protect your Personal Information, We cannot guarantee the security of your Personal Information transmitted to Our Website.
